About Me

Wilson graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He had served plates, wrote codes, and worked and lived in New Zealand for ten years.

During that time, he participated in the development of several global platforms. When he returned to China, Wilson served a few state-invested import&export companies. His roles were the chief translator and team leader of the teams.

Wilson has been working in a bilingual environment for a long time. He can seamlessly switch between Chinese and English in both languages and contexts.

He also helped developers understand the intentions and logic of their communication counterparts.

Wilson understands both languages by heart and understands the cultures behind the wordings.

He was also involved in building remote teams from the ground up. And Wilson also practiced project management remotely.

Currently, Wilson is a TPM for a remote cross-border team in China and the US.

My Experience

Practical experience from battlefields

Having come from a grassroots background, lacking money, and having the experience of studying abroad from zero to one has given Wilson a better understanding of how to learn to master a language quickly and under intense pressure.
