Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. You will work on scalable, cloud-native backend systems using modern AWS and serverless technologies, collaborating closely with a distributed team during shared core hours.

What Youʼll Do

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services using Node.js and TypeScript

• Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk)

• Develop and maintain serverless architectures using SST (Serverless Stack)

• Implement asynchronous, event-driven workflows with Amazon SQS

• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases

• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA in a fully remote environment

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

What Weʼre Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend or software engineering (flexible based on seniority)

• Strong experience with Node.js, with production experience using TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with AWS, especially Lambda, EC2, and Elastic Beanstalk

• Experience with serverless or cloud-native architectures

• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred)

• Comfortable working in a fully remote team with shared core collaboration hours

• Comfortable with written English and able to understand spoken English for day-to-day collaboration

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with SST, AWS CDK, or Serverless Framework

• Experience building event-driven or distributed systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or cloud cost optimization

• Previous experience working in remote or globally distributed teams

薪资待遇

月薪20-30K人民币，社保自理，收入年度调整

工作时间及其他要求

• 工作时间：时区东10, 在线时间要保持北京时间8:30 to 13:30
• 工作语言：英语读写熟练，可写技术文档；听说简单的工作英语，晨会纯英文
