作为一枚深居国内的土鳖，英文水平的巅峰时期应该就是高考之前记得哪些单词和题目了，之后就是各种荒废。
直到最近，因为社区开始更海外有些交集，and，我也计划去国外骑行一条渴望已久的线路，是时候把英文捡起来了。先从最基本的英文邮件开始吧。
我知道社区的很多同学都在默默学英文，就干脆把我自己摸索写的邮件发出来，让老司机多多指点，其他人一起参考，一起进步。

既然是给我的邮件，我也好好回了一下 ，其中包含了我修改了大灰的版本，读者可以通读一下大概在哪些地方有变化，在右侧可以看到 Grammarly 检测显示正确性、清晰度、衔接性、讲话方式都没有问题。
这是我在回复邮件的过程中，Grammarly 强大的语调检测，发现了我的语气是很 appreciative 的，说明整篇文字的论调是偏向于感谢，而不是中立、愤怒之类的，语调分析有助于在不同场景下更换作者的写作风格。
补充一下我常用的几个工具：

首先，基于我的经验和水平，给出了如上的 comments，咱们就可以理解为这是一次 code review 😉
想要让英文写作看起来更专业更优雅，抛几个我的观点：
1. 注意英文标点的使用，一般标点后都要加一个空格，但也不能打俩个空格，并且一定避免在英文写作里出现中文标点。
2. DRY - Do Not Repeat Yourself 跟写代码一下，尽量不使用重复的词语和句型。
3. 言简意赅，不添加多余的词汇。
4. 写完之后，通读一遍，double check 一般自己都会发现问题。
5. 借助语法工具如 Grammarly 谷歌插件快速检查写作错误。

Grammarly 确实不错！在公司写邮件outlook也是自动检查，老板也建议员工都装上。
