Unfortunately, my company has been laying off since last year. Lots of co-workers disappeared this week although they just talked about some requirements with me last week. I'm nervous without a high education degree, not being young as new interns, and do not have a beautiful past work experience.

In the sentence "Lots of co-workers disappeared this week although they just talked about some requirements with me last week". The word "although" should be replaced with "while".
"do not have a beautiful past work experience." Work experience means the experience you got from your past jobs, so you don't need "past". Try this expression "do not have a professional resume"
"All my free time is full of training and studying" I made a plan for self-study and joined some training. Time organization is one important soft skill, so don't use all your free time:)

Layoffs are bad things for most people, especially those with families. It means no income and adds to the stress of life. Getting laid off can be a scary experience for me. I lost my job when my daughter was two because the department disbanded. I had a mortgage to repay and commercial insurance to pay. The sudden stress got me into trouble.
Fortunately, I got compensation from the company and found a new job quickly. After that, I gained the following habits:

Two actions I am doing now
In the first half of this year, my company laid off ten percent of its workforce. I was then even looking forward to being laid off because of being tired of my current job. But soon I realized that the employment situation was much worse than I thought. I decided to keep staying in my current company until COVID-19 ends or until I get a satisfactory job.
I'm not afraid of being laid off. Also, I'm quite confident in my work that my company wouldn't like to fire me.
I'm single so I don't have much pressure from family. I have good financial management which will support me for quite a long time unemployed life.
If I was laid off, it might be a good thing for me. First of all, I would receive a large one-time layoff compensation. Secondly, I have been bored with my current work for more than a year. I had interviewed many companies but didn't get any satisfactory offers because of hire freezing. What was worse, I didn't know what kind of job I like. I got stuck in the dilemma of career development. But now I have a clear idea that I want a stable remote job to achieve my dream of traveling around the world. However, traveling is nearly impossible given the COVID-19 currently.
I didn't start preparing for remote work until I met an ex-colleague last weekend. He said he would recommend me if I want. He is now working remotely for an American unicorn company whose business is very consistent with my current company. I think it's a good chance to step out to get closer to my dream. So I started to learn English. That's why I joined this club.
