Scope

Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop features and improvements to the products.

Consistently ship small and large features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.

Improve the user experiences of our products by improving the quality of the Front-end features.

Help identify areas of improvement in the code base, both specific to your group and outside your group (e.g. component library) and help contribute to making it better.

Learn, collaborate, and teach other Frontend Engineers. Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long they’ve been in the industry.

Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance that have a particular impact across your team and others.

Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team.

Exert significant influence on the overall vision and long-range goals of your team.

Shepherd the definition and improvement of our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.

Provide mentorship for all engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers.
Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, and their open-source libraries
-
Deep understanding of ReactJS, CSS, and HTML
-
Experienced in complex frontend products, and related methodologies, such as Monorepo, Micro Frontend, and more.

Experienced in front-end performance optimizations
-
Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and error logging
-
3+ years of industry experiences
-
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
-
Fluency in English.

月薪下限 45k/13薪,根据个人能力上浮;
