1. Familiar with blockchain technologies, common consensus protocols and EVM architecture

2. Solid understanding on different ledger models (such as UTxO, Account-based, etc) and trie mechanism in storage.

3. Master at least one programming language in Haskell / C++ / Go / Rust

4. Experience with dApp development / deployment is definitely an advantage

5. Good at understanding, testing the cutting-edge technology in and writing technical / research papers

6. Good team communication and collaboration skills, able to actively participate in internal code review and technical discussions, etc.
