Full-stack Developer React/Firebase - Remote

What we’re looking for:
- Able to smoothly collaborate & communicate in a proficient English environment (both written & spoken)
- We are looking for someone with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in building web applications in production environments.
- You should be able to write clean, documented, and well-tested codes.
- Ideally, JavaScript is your main programming language. You have worked with React Typescript for the last 2 years. You should be comfortable with React 16/17, you should know the standard methodologies and patterns (like hooks).
- You also have some kind of experience with Node.js or python.
- Experienced in launching, developing, and scaling in a fast-paced environment.
- It would be a plus if you have experience with Firebase, security best, practices, or accessibility but it is not required.
- An excellent communicator, especially in the COVID era.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions
- Experience with agile/scrum development practices
- Experience with test focused development, continuous integration, continuous deployment
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence
- Independent remote working ability
- Relentless restlessness to solve customer problems throughout the codebase
- Ability to work within constraints and to test the status quo
- Ability to self-direct work, orient to action, and truly own the position in a hyper-growth environment
