使用魅力的语言艺术联系潜在或现有客户,与其沟通有关产品或服务的信息
回答有关产品或公司的询问
提出问题以了解客户需求并完成销售
在需要时将潜在客户直接联系给现场销售团队
在数据库中输入和更新客户信息
以准确的方式接受和处理订单
处理申诉以维护公司声誉

保留电话和销售记录并记录有用信息

数字化销售代表和现场销售助理要求:
商业、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。
作为数字化销售代表或其他销售/客户服务角色的丰富经验
成功达成销售配额的可靠记录,最好是通过数字化销售方式
熟悉相关计算机软件系统(例如 CRM 软件)和电话系统
能够了解产品和服务并向潜在客户描述/解释它们
优秀的英语能力

Job Description:

Now, we are looking for an ambitious inside sales representative and field sales assistant to aid the development and managing of all aspects of our sales and customer relationship management strategy. You will focus on our inside sale daily operation, customer relationship management, and sales report composition. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. Meanwhile, you will be in charge of business data analysis, including marketing and sales data, customers profile data, etc.
To be successful as an inside sales representative and field sales assistant, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive and know current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Inside Sales Representative and Onsite Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customer's skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial, statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Inside Sales Representative and Onsite Sales Assistant Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota, preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
Work Place, Time, and Language.
Daily work is based on online collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and offline workplaces.
We do our job with flexible work schedules and are task-orientedGiven the global collaboration, we refer to CST-6 (Central Standard Time); however, we primarily work in the Asian time zone.
