What are we doing?

We're about to release one of the most exciting transformational changes Australia's workforce has ever experienced.

We are looking for a React Native Developer interested in joining the founding team on both iOS, Android and web platforms.

We're putting the finishing touches to our MVP, on boarded our first customers and need a strong team member to round out our go to market roadmap. You will be responsible for architecting and building the application on both mobile and web.

Our team has a rock-solid purpose of being responsible, delivering tools that automate money management and building financial resilience into peoples lives. We're heavily invested in interconnected technology that creates beautiful experiences for the workforce and their leading employers. Our mission extends to the Pledge 1% global movement.

Our engineering team builds and deploys rapidly as we scale for growth to reach wide market adoption in Australia and eventually overseas.

You'll work directly with the founding team to continuously deploy and react to a fluid growth strategy that will require your direct strategic design input. This role has huge growth potential and provides a chance to gain meaningful ownership in a high-growth social impact startup.

Skills required?

You know what you'll need to become an owner on the founding team.

• 精通 React Native / React (三年以上)，hooks, provider pattern

• 有 Mobile 和 Web 共享代码经验更好，比如 react native web

• 熟悉 Material UI 等成熟的UI框架

• 有GitHub 开源项目更好

薪资待遇及其他要求

1. Hourly rate USD$20~30/h, 40h/week

2. Work in Sydney Australia timezone (9:00am ~ 17:00pm)

3. Fluent English speaking, writing and team communication

面试流程

1. Initial interview / screening / online video call

2. Trial work (1~3 days on a small task) , and trial work is no pay

3. Introduce you to the founder and the team

4. Join the team for full time / paid work

5. The founder will sort out permanent contract and equity vest etc after probationary period (3 months)
