• Being scrappy about collecting a dataset and building models based on latest academic research and internal R&D

• Making sure you can actually deploy a model rather than just measure the accuracy

• Building APIs that can handle anywhere from 1-2000+ TPS in auto-scaling spot k8s clusters

• Languages: Python, Dart, Java, Kotlin // Databases: Graph, Search, Personalization
