Korean customer service
Job responsibility
1, responsible for receiving users' inquiries through online customer service tools, and answering users' doubts;
2, timely feedback to users in the use of the process of the problem, do a good job in the collection and sorting of problems;
3, proficient in Korean, Chinese ability is preferred;
4. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred;
5, thinking about daily work, good at finding the obstacles in user experience, mining user needs, and promote the solution of problems and process optimization;
6. Able to adapt to work in shifts. / Able to work long night shifts.

Job Requirements:
1, good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users;
2. Keen on customer service, responsible for customer experience, able to provide comprehensive problem solutions;
3. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects;
4, Have the ability to self-manage and be able to work independently in a constantly changing fast-paced environment;
5, with good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary;
6. Have experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, work order, online chat service;
7. Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing capacity;
8, Korean native speakers are preferred, Chinese/English can be used as the working language
