Role
You will lead our design efforts across many platforms and ultimately be in charge of crafting beautiful experiences
Responsibilities
- Build a world class design system to support different platforms (iOS, Android, web)
- Collab with product team to inform product decisions (what features to build, when, for who, etc)
- Create handoff docs for engineers to implement new features
- Analyze effectiveness of features as we ship them by looking at data and talking to users
- Scale our design team over time, assist in hiring more great designers
- Assist marketing in providing assets and content for social media (teaser of a new feature, prototype animations, graphic assets, etc)
