主要自己不愿意说话，也不愿意写博客。现在正在改进（包括写这条评论），但是自己写程序的时候是真不喜欢被打扰，每次群里有人说话就觉得烦。希望有那种通过邮件工作交流的公司，那样的话可能会concise一些，也少一些打扰。
无法量化的标准，你觉得的做到和招聘方说的做到未必是同个等级。
