现招募一名资深后端开发工程师

有三点宽泛的期待：
1.懂AI
2.有web3开发经验
3.靠谱

具体JD：
Responsibility:
1.Given the project description, choose appropriate technical solution. Give development time estimation. Setup project checkpoints to ensure project quality.
2.Design scalable system based on user interaction. Ensure the performance and stability of the system under high concurrency scenarios.
3.Participate in core development and system design. Identify and solve technical problems

Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of software development experience. Solid in backend development.
2.Proficent in Go. Familiar with Gin framework.
3.Familiar with tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx
4.Able to write service with main blockchians. Familiar with Linux.
5.Proficient with at least 1 database from MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Redis. Understand the difference between different types of databases.
6.Design project architecture based on requirements, and implement in product with teammates.

Bonus point:
1.Familiar with reinforcement learning(RL), natural language processing(NLP) applications. Able to quickly understand the basics of RL and NLP.
2.Have experience on frontend / fullstack development.
3.Have experience in distributed system design / development.
