Role Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the our product. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. A Product Manager provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, most often between engineering, design, sales, and support.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of the Product Manager role will be to ensure the accurate definition and timely delivery of product features. The scope of the role includes:

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to define detailed feature specifications for implementation.

• Engage the entire product team to understand current priorities, challenges, and requests to inform the product roadmap.

• Engage with sales and customer support leaders to understand challenges and turn opportunities into product specs.

• Build, document, and maintain detailed product operations processes including:

  • Roadmap planning and management.
  • Feature specification documentation.
  • Technical implementation documentation for relevant features.

• Conduct testing and QA for newly developed features.

• Collaborate with the CTO and senior leaders to support our vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product management role at a technology driven company

• Experience creating high-fidelity specs and documentation.

• Experience achieving business outcomes through user-centered design.

• Emotional intelligence and the ability to build consensus.

• Quantitative acuity and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insight into action.

• Contagious energy and the intrinsic ability to inspire those around you in pursuit of success.

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent ability to understand user behaviors and needs to inform product decisions

薪资待遇

人民币20K-30K每月，薪资以美金发到国内银行，需自行缴纳社保

• 中国时区，全职远程
