Art Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set the art style of the assigned game project and work with other artists and management from other departments to ensure that all contents produced follow the quality standards determined.

Produce concept art for 3D artists to create game assets.

Establish the art production pipeline and manage the execution of the pipeline by the art team.

Work closely with the Game Designer to make sure that the gameplay experience matches the tone and style of the game.

REQUIRMENTS:

3-5 years of experience as Lead Artist in the gaming industry, 2D concept background with 3D knowledge preferred.

Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and other design tools, knowledge about 3D software preferred.

Have a good understanding of art-related disciplines including concept, modeling, rigging, animation, visual effect, etc.

Experience working with outsourcing companies strongly preferred

Passionate about the gaming industry and have a good understanding of what makes a game visually appealing and fun to play.
