Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to create landing pages and optimise user experience
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking using tools like: Google Analytics, FB Conversion Tracking and Adwords conversion.
• Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
• Measure performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise Ad spend and performance
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and lead generation tests
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

• Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources; you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously.
• Analytical and logical thinker. Organised and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes.
• Good communicator, and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with aptitude to work independently.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Demonstrable experience in SMM (paid advertising), optimising landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
