招聘&找人2021年4-6月份上海驻场项目经理

驻场项目经理，2021年4月-6月，2-3个月。以下是要求：
Key Responsibilities

1. Management of assigned Wide Area Network (WAN) projects and transitions complying to Project Management Methodology(PMM) that covers Initiation, Define, Organize & Plan, Implement & Control and Handover & Closure.
2. Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Record risk and issue and timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
4. Communication to stakeholders and project reporting.
5. Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
6. Provide regular updates on progress of the project to the customers.
7. Provide weekly/monthly project status reports to management.
8. Ensure that customer projects are completed with high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction.
9. Provide Project Completion Handover Documentation to customer.
10. Facilitate project handover meeting to Operations.
11. Support project manager for big scale projects

Qualifications & Experience：

1. Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication， Degree in IT/Engineering Telco Preferred
2. At least 3 years of IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment (Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware)
3. At least 1years of Project Management experience in a low to mid-level complexity IT infrastructure outsourcing environment.
4. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team
5. High level verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong personal commitment to achieving results.
7. Have passion and with excellent appreciation of customer service.
8. Capacity to present persuasive arguments to key stakeholders.
9. Strong problem solving skills.
10. Demonstrate ability in decision making.
    Good to have:
11. Well develop Project Management skills with the competency in managing Telco projects and work under tight schedule.
12. Demonstrate ability and a proven record of working with customers and 3rd party vendors at Senior & Executive Management level.
13. Strong people management skills and demonstrated ability to manage and lead a multicultural team of resources.
