Oakcare 是一家新加坡养老护理平台。我们的 AI 系统基于 Google ADK + Gemini 2.5（GCP）。需要一位平台工程师搭建可观测性、测试和 CI/CD 基础设施，让团队能够可靠地迭代发布。

Oakcare is a Singapore-based platform helping families hire trusted live-in eldercare workers. Our AI systems run on Google ADK + Gemini 2.5 on GCP. We need a platform engineer to build the observability, testing, and CI/CD foundations that allow us to ship reliably as we scale.

你将负责 / What you'll work on

• 搭建集中式可观测性——结构化日志、关联 ID、错误追踪（Sentry/Datadog）、LLM 调用追踪（LangSmith/Langfuse）/ Set up centralized observability — structured logging, correlation IDs, error tracking, LLM call tracing
• 从零搭建 CI/CD 管道（GitHub Actions）——每次 PR 自动测试，失败阻断合并 / Build CI/CD pipeline from scratch (GitHub Actions) — auto tests on every PR, block merges on failure
• 编写单元测试和集成测试——数据解析、LLM 输出校验、golden file 测试 / Write unit and integration tests — data parsing, LLM output validation, golden file tests
• 审计和加固 GCP 基础设施——IAM、Cloud Run、密钥管理、监控 Dashboard / Audit and harden GCP infrastructure — IAM, Cloud Run, secrets management, monitoring dashboards
• 将3个独立 repo 合并为 monorepo，共享工具类和测试夹具 / Consolidate 3 repos into a monorepo with shared utilities and test fixtures
• 修复数据 schema——存储出生日期而非固定年龄，确保时效字段正确重新计算 / Fix data schema — store DOB not fixed age, ensure time-sensitive fields recalculate correctly

技术要求 / Requirements

• 扎实的 Python，熟悉测试和工具链 / Strong Python — testing, tooling, scripting
• CI/CD 实战（GitHub Actions 或同类）/ CI/CD hands-on — GitHub Actions or equivalent
• GCP 实战——Cloud Run、Cloud Logging、Cloud Monitoring、IAM
• 可观测性工具经验——Sentry、Datadog、LangSmith 或 Langfuse
• 测试框架搭建经验（pytest、golden file）
• 加分：monorepo 经验、LLM 系统背景 / Bonus: monorepo experience, LLM system background

薪资 / Compensation：面议 / Negotiable — 项目制 / Project-based
