岗位职责
- 主导并完成AI Agent系统的端到端设计与开发
- 负责前后端及平台基础能力建设（含任务流、多Agent编排）
- 与美国团队协作，对接业务需求，快速迭代
- 构建和优化数据与模型调用链路，包括向量数据库、ETL等
- 对系统稳定性、可扩展性与交付质量负责
任职要求
- 流利使用英语作为工作语言（书面+口语）
- 计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历
- 5年以上全栈开发经验
- 熟悉vibe coding / 能快速self-drive完成工程任务
- 熟练掌握Next.js、Vercel、AWS
- 熟悉向量数据库（如Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus等）
- 有端到端AI系统交付经验
- 有数据pipeline / ETL优化经验
- 良好的沟通能力、owner-mindset，能independently deliver
加分项
- 推荐系统研发经验
- 机器学习相关方向硕士及以上
- 有创业公司 / 高速迭代项目经验

薪资范围

Dear DeepReach Hiring Team,
I’m excited to apply for the AI Agent Full-Stack Engineer position at DeepReach. Over the past five years, I’ve worked as a full-stack engineer, collaborating closely with U.S. startup teams and adapting quickly to their fast-paced, iteration-driven workflows. My main stack is Python for backend and React for frontend, and I’m comfortable independently delivering complete features from design to deployment.
In this year, I independently built an AI Agent that automates Twitter-to-TikTok content publishing — using ChatGPT to summarize posts and generate videos automatically. I’m also familiar with vector databases such as Milvus and Elasticsearch, and currently deepening my knowledge of data pipelines and scalable backend architecture to better support large-scale AI systems. I’m fluent in English, both spoken and written, and enjoy building practical AI solutions that deliver real value.
