We are recruiting for an Account Executive position to join our sales and client management team in China. 2-3 years experienced in client communication in advertising or marketing.
The primary responsibilities of an account executive are fostering client relationships, coordinating with sales and marketing operations teams to prepare marketing presentation pitches, design marketing strategies and media proposals, handle client communications and see through the successful execution of marketing campaigns with our marketing operations teams. The secondary responsibility of an account manager for this job is to be aggressive for any sales lead and potential projects to refer to our sales team该岗位主要职责是发掘、建立并维护客户关系,与销售及海外运营团队协作并设计营销方案,营销策略制定以及商业谈判,管理客户间的沟通并与海外运营团队配合保证项目执行顺利落地。 同时该岗位需要积极挖掘有效的销售线索和潜在项目并帮助直接汇报人完成分配的销售 KPI指标。
Responsibilities
● Build and maintain trusted relationships with new/assigned client accounts to ensure smooth co-operation and communication, becoming the lead point of contact for our highly valued Chinese and other APAC clients(HK,MO,TW) 能积极拓展新客户及维护被分配的客户而建立商业信赖关系,以确保顺畅的沟通与达成合作关系,主要负责拓展大中华地区及亚太地区客户群体(包含香港、澳门及台湾)
● Sales KPI oriented and effective pitching skills to close proposed campaigns and upsell unique marketing opportunities to clients 有敏感的销售KPI导向并能利用多元化销售技巧达成交易
● Improve the client’s marketing brief through understanding the client’s goals and campaign objectives 能够深入了解客户项目背景和营销目标信息来完善及撰写该项目的营销需求(brief)
● Understand client’s product, what advertising channels, creatives, research and media outreach would be most suitable to meet the client’s marketing goals 能够深入理解客户产品并向客户推荐适合的推广渠道,营销创意,市场调研及其他媒体推广方式来满足客户营销目标
● Coordinate closely with Madeviral’s marketing operation and production teams across multiple countries to create well strategized regional marketing proposals for the client to meet their campaign goals 能够与MadeViral东南亚各国运营团队及studio制作团队跨部门沟通来共同设计项目营销方案
● Negotiating and monitoring client budgets, spending and revenue 能够按照客户的营销预算进行商业谈判并提高其广告花费及销售流水
● Wise management of campaigns on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run seamlessly 能够有逻辑性地同时管理每天的所有执行中及谈判中的营销项目并保证广告顺利落地
● Manage multiple conflicting deadlines, urgent tasks, and prioritize accordingly 能够同时处理多个截止日期有冲突的或者紧急的项目并能够按照优先级顺利排列来处理项目
● Consistently communicate updates with the client, tending to their requests and implementing client’s feedback to ensure the vision of the client is met 持续给客户更新项目进度和客户需求的反馈来保证稳定沟通,从而确保满足客户目标
● Create case studies for past campaigns 能与海外团队共同撰写成功案例
● Identify new clients and potential business opportunities
● Training new account executives 能够给同部门新员工进行培训业务
Requirements
● Must have strong English written and spoken skills. 有良好的英语口语及书面语能力,其他小语种能力更佳
● Must be of Chinese Nationality 中国国籍
● Bachelor's degree from marketing or any related field.本科以上学历,市场营销或商务专业优先
● Minimum 1-2 year marketing and account management, preferred with experience in the gaming industry, overseas marketing agency or 4A brand advertising company. 至少1-2年以上客户管理或市场推广经验,优先考虑游戏行业背景或4A广告营销机构经验
● Have professional experience or well knowledgeable about the game/e-commerce/fashion branding. Have Game/e-commerce/fashion client resources/contacts is preferred. 熟悉海外游戏/电商/时尚等 品牌营销模式,有相关行业出海甲方客户资源优先
● Highly organized, able to meet client deadlines, strategically minded, extremely resourceful and an exceptional communicator with multiple cultures (both verbal and written) 能够有效地进行广告项目管理和执行,有创意性思维及营销方案PPT设计经验
● Flexible and enthusiastic to work within a fast moving and ever changing organization 能够适应初创公司环境,灵活应对公司各类要求和变化
● Eager to learn to evolve the quality of our team and services 积极参与培训和学习公司新产品从而提高工作质量
● Fluency in Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint and Excel. 熟练使用办公软件PPT、Excel,有一定PPT设计和美化能力优先
● Able to work independently and teamwork under pressure 能够抗压完成工作以及保持团队协作
● Accepting assigned business trip(domestic and abroad) 接受适当的国内外出差(包括参展和拜访客户)
● Well knowledge of KOL/influencer and PR marketing is preferred
