Air Conditioning Internal Sales Rep

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Air Conditioning Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our range of air conditioning products, and driving sales growth in designated territories.

Required working hours:

6 AM to 3 PM Beijing Time (Oct-Mar)/7 AM to 4 PM Beijing Time (Apr-Sep), including a one-hour lunch break or negotiable, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads in company CRM to prepare the quote online.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable air conditioning solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, detailing progress towards targets and key activities.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence always.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales, International Trade, Engineering, or related field (preferred) with fluent English is a must.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Training provided)
