POSITION SUMMARY AND THE MAIN GOALS
Ensure that the relationship with customers is maintained at a high level of excellence, performing basic technical procedures, troubleshooting and simulations within the defined criteria of readiness and assertiveness, creating a level of experience that is in line with the company's guidelines and values.
REQUIREMENTS

1. ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE TIME
   Graduated or Studying in IT-related courses At least one year of experience in IT functions Fluency in Mandarim, second language can be English or Portuguese
2. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS
   MS Windows Platform (Basic) and MS Office tools (Basic)
