• Develop and implement innovative strategies to establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the blockchain/digital encryption industry, aiming to broaden collaboration networks and enhance market presence.
• Drive the development and execution of targeted expansion plans to increase the adoption of Zeepr's platform among blockchain projects, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to optimize product offerings, organize impactful events, and implement effective management strategies, aligning with industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Build and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
