We are looking for a full-time research project manager/coordinator.

As a research project manager/coordinator, your typical day might include the following tasks:

Project management

• Assist project leads in monitoring project developments, including monitoring timelines, automating and improving process, ensuring progress, and supervising and coordinating tasks among research assistants

Research support

• Conduct literature review and policy research to expand knowledge base and develop expertise in key policy areas.
• Assist with ongoing research projects across various domains

Business development

• Identify potential business opportunities by monitoring procurement information from governments and international organizations
• Help with drafting and editing research proposals

Administrative support

• Assist with administrative tasks, including taking notes at research meetings and client meetings

This job might be for you if ...

• You have experience in conducting and coordinating social science research projects either from school or through previous internships.
• You have good writing skills both in Chinese and in English. Knowing other languages is a plus but not required.
• You are passionate about international development and public policy.
• You love learning new things and you learn things quickly.
• You thrive on working autonomously.
• [Optional] You have other relevant skills such as data analysis, data visualization, graphic design. You have experience in using R, Stata, Python, or other scripting languages and tools.
