【Detailed job description in English】
This is a full-time, completely remote position with flexible work hours. If you are passionate about building tools and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
Our tools are rapidly becoming the standard in the interchain ecosystem, where we now have a thriving community of over 50+ chains and hundreds of smart contract projects. Our frameworks are trusted by hundreds of developers who rely on our reliable and user-friendly tools to power their projects. In fact, some of our code is powering modules that are downloaded over 120,000 times per month, which is a testament to the quality and popularity of our tools.
React Native Engineer Position
Cosmology invites applications from seasoned React Native engineers to expand our dynamic team. This position entails crafting and evolving mobile UI Kits and integrating them with our suite of tools utilized by a broad array of developers within the Cosmos ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Design and implement mobile user interfaces with React Native
● Develop and manage UI components and UI kit
● Utilize state management techniques and modern methodologies to enhance application
performance and user experience
● Collaborate with the backend team to ensure a fluid integration with backend services
● Participate in the development of our TypeScript packages
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
● 4+ years of experience in JavaScript/NodeJS
● 3+ years of dedicated experience with React Native
● Proficiency in TypeScript/Babel
● Strong understanding of state management solutions and modern React architecture
(hooks, context, etc.)
● Expertise in modern JavaScript features (ES6+: Classes, modules, arrow functions,
async/await, destructuring, etc.)
● Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
● A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Our Technology Stack:
● TypeScript
● Babel/SWC
● React Native
● State management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil)
● styled-components/vanilla css
● Lerna/yarn workspaces
Desirable but Not Mandatory:
● Familiarity with Cosmos or other blockchain technologies
● Experience in React Native state management libraries
● Proficiency in developing TypeScript applications with Electron for desktop environments
