What we need from our Motion Designer:
- Produce mood-boards / style frames and storyboards as needed
- Concept, develop, manage and inspire top-level creative product
- Design and animate in 2D and 3D for wide variety of motion projects, including totally animated videos to composited text and graphics over footage
- Edit video footage to add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Manage fast-paced work masterfully and juggle demands for different clients
Skills needed:
- 2+ years using After Effects - this is essential!
- C4D experience is highly preferable
- Photoshop / Illustrator - essential
- Willing to generate and share ideas
- Multitasking (ability to jump from one platform to another)
- Energetic/Positive attitude
- Presenting - must be ok with presenting their work internally and to clients
