We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Product Designer to join the Binance team.
Responsibilities

You will design the short and long term roadmap - impacting the millions of Trust Wallet users.

Design both web and mobile (iOS and Android) experiences that solve the needs for a wide range of users, from the newbie to the crypto expert.

Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, and customer support teams.
-
You will be interacting directly with end-users and Trust Wallet developers to collect feedback and develop user empathy.
-
You'll be a key part of a small agile team.
Requirements

Extremely user-focused mindset.

5+ years full-time Product Designer experience.

3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps.

Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 space.

Collaborative and open minded.

Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-IT-discipline and multicultural environment.

Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
