Your Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of UniBee’s growth strategy, focusing on identifying, engaging, and developing strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness and accelerate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Qualify Strategic Partners: Research and target potential partners, such as technology integrators, industry leaders, and influencers, ensuring alignment with UniBee’s strategic objectives.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage with potential partners through diverse channels including email, social media, and networking events.
- Develop Compelling Partnership Proposals: Create tailored proposals that clearly communicate the mutual benefits of collaboration.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing alignment and mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to seamlessly integrate partner initiatives into UniBee’s broader strategy.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all partnership activities, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or software environment.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of billing systems, SaaS, or software solutions.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote, result-driven environment.
- Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones.

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in establishing and managing successful partnerships.
- A strong networker with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
- Experience with mid-to-high complexity products, ideally within a startup or rapidly growing company.

- Previous experience in billing systems, payment solutions, or related projects.
