We are looking for our first community manager to help us build out a great community experience! You will cultivate relationships with our community members and work with the team to understand and resolve their needs. You will work with the founders to come up with creative ways to delight our gamers, whether that means community contests, events, speaker series, or more.
• You have experience managing a Discord with a few thousand members along with integrating bots, sensing and blocking spam, and dealing with content moderation.
• You have great communication skills, written and oral.
• You have knowledge of NFTs, games, and crypto broadly speaking.
• You are detail oriented.
• Most importantly, you treat people with kindness and compassion especially in high-pressure situations.
