我们是一家专门做跑步训练工具和生态系统的公司，名叫 Stryd (stryd.com)，总部位于美国，目前已经创建 8 年。公司目前 20 人左右，在运动业界小有名气，一直自给自足，财政状况良好。
因为之前的 web 开发者离职，而我们的 web 的开发任务比较随机，或者是主页及电子商务平台的更新，或者是我们自己训练分析平台的维护和小 feature 的开发，不需要系统的团队，也不需要人一定要在这边，所以新的岗位想尝试能找远程开发者。我们的 Mobile team 已经是远程团队了，所以有一定的和远程开发者的合作经验。
我们理想的人选是能够独当一面的前端开发者。你会是公司web这边的唯一一位开发者，所以需要对项目沟通，开发，发布，调试，维护都比较熟悉。建议有至少两年以上的工作经验。
我们的报酬是 30-40 美金 /小时，根据面试情况确定最后的薪资。可以人民币或者美元发薪资。公司不负责社保，需要你自己想办法。
公司绝大部分是老外，所以基本严格遵循 40 小时每周的工作时间，除非有什么重大发布的前一周有可能会要求增加工作时间，但一年不会超过 3-4 次。
基本要求
- 有顺畅英语沟通能力（平时会议都是英文）
- 熟悉 React/Typescript 高性能编程，有两年以上经验
- 熟悉 React 生态系统，比如 Next.js
- 熟悉前端的基本技术，比如 CSS/SASS
- 有一定的前端设计想法或者经验算是加分项
- 你会是唯一的 web 开发者，所以需要你有独自开发项目和维护代码库的经验和能力
- 我们的后台服务都是 Google cloud，需要你有 VPN 能力

I'm currectly located in Guangzhou city, I have connections with more than 200 manufacturers in China, whatever product you wanna source, I will show you the factory in no time. I worked for some US clients, sourcing products for their Shopify stores. There are a lot of things need to deal with: quality check, supplier sent wrong color or wrong size, return and refund, same products from two suppliers with color deviation or size deviation, etc. After receiving the packages from the supplier, I need to check the size, color, quantity in the first place, if lack one or two, I would contact the suppliers and tell them about this issue, so the suppliers know I'm checking the packages, they won't playing tricks. After the quality check, the good ones will be sent to the warehouse, the warehouse will put the items to the relevant orders and send them out, meanwhile deduct corresponding quantity from the stock and fulfill the SKUs on Shopify.
In addition to product sourcing, I'm also a programmer, I made a ERP system for one of my US clients to fulfill the Shopify orders without any trouble. If you wanna build a website, I can build one for you.
