岗位职责：

1、负责Web3运营体系建设和搭建，结合现有行业及竞品发展阶段，制定适合Web3产品的运营规划；

2、制定活动宣传计划，通过社交媒体、官网、合作伙伴等渠道进行推广，根据数据分析结果，优化活动方案，提高活动质量和用户参与度；

3、寻找并联系潜在合作伙伴，洽谈合作方案；

4、负责管理和维护公司的官方Twitter、Medium、Discord、TG账号，发布，推广与市场和业务相关的信息；

任职要求：

1、1年以上Web3运营工作经历；

2、热爱Web3行业，有较强的自我驱动和执行力；

3、有一定的文字驾驭能力，能够迅速提炼项目卖点，撰写优质的中英文项目介绍文章；

4、对数据敏感，具有较强的逻辑思考能力和数据分析能力，能够结合数据分析推进运营工作；

5、具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，擅长整合多方力量共同达成工作目标；

6、支持远程办公；

7、有Web3媒体、Web3 KOL等资源；

### Web3 Operations

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Responsible for the construction and establishment of the Web3 operations system, and formulate operational plans suitable for Web3 products based on the current industry and competitive development stages.

2. Develop promotional plans for activities, promote through social media, official website, partners, and other channels, and optimize activity plans based on data analysis results to improve activity quality and user participation.

3. Identify and contact potential partners, and negotiate cooperation plans.

4. Manage and maintain the company's official Twitter, Medium, Discord, and Telegram accounts, publish and promote information related to the market and business.

**Job Requirements:**

1. More than 1 year of experience in Web3 operations.

2. Passionate about the Web3 industry, with strong self-motivation and execution capabilities.

3. Good writing skills, able to quickly extract project highlights and write high-quality project introduction articles in both Chinese and English.

4. Sensitive to data, with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, able to advance operational work based on data analysis.

5. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, good at integrating multiple resources to achieve work goals.

6. Support for remote work.
