Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing business development strategies to drive partner development and growth;
• Establishing contacts and partnerships with key stakeholders in the direction of public chains, wallets, market makers, web3 project parties or crypto trader communities to ensure successful collaboration and business growth;
• Evangelising and spreading externally, conducting interactive activities such as AMAs with partner communities;
• Reaching out to collaboratable KOL communities, building up a pool of collaboratable KOLs and maintaining resources;
• Collaborating with event marketing, community and product teams to develop launch market growth strategies and ensure the successful launch of product features;
• Keeping abreast of market and competitor trends in industry tracks to ensure that industry trends can be identified and potential partnership opportunities can be tapped;
• Representing agreements at conferences, events and other industry gatherings to drive brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a 985/211 or QS top 100 university with at least 2 years and above experience in BD/marketing Partnership in overseas markets;
• Understanding of the DeFi track, experience in dex and contract trading, preferably 1 year BD/Partnership experience in dex/cex/public chain/wallet/NFT/market maker, headline project side/cryptocurrency exchange experience a plus;
• Ability to create effective key Actions in business development and partner's key business metrics, leading to OKRs;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners and successfully achieve partnership promotion needs;
• Excellent problem solving skills, able to think in terms of fundamentals and find solutions;
• Excellent organisational skills, able to coordinate and organise internal teams to drive projects and objectives in order to progress collaborations and ensure that nothing is missed;
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
