X2Y2 是目前以太坊上交易额和活跃钱包用户数仅次于 OpenSea 的全世界最大的 NFT 市场之一，也是今年成长最快的 NFT 市场。目前每天在 X2Y2 有 1k-2k 万美金左右的 NFT 被交易。最近 7 天，无聊猿（ Bored Ape Yacht Club ）在 X2Y2 成交 25 件，在 OpenSea 成交 23 件，在第三名的市场上成交 2 件。

团队 2017 年在东京组建。开发团队以远程为主，每周一次在公司分享和交流。这次招聘的职位在东京，技术团队内部沟通语言以中文为主。团队小而精，纯研发岗位小于 10 人，平均行业经验 10 年，多有国内大厂经历。

职位介绍

这次招聘的职位在日本东京，如果匹配度高也可以纯远程。公司办公室在埼玉县南部，距离二次元的世界中心秋葉原仅 30 分钟左右车程。
在中国的的小伙伴可以先远程入职，拿到签证后再来日本。
签证、入职相关流程将由X2Y2全权负责。

职位一：高级前端开发

We're looking for some who

• Has a passion for building elegant, scalable software that solves practical problems;
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment;
• Loves to learn and develop new skills continuously;
• Has a strong sense of ownership in every application they build.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain user-facing applications and services in X2Y2;
• Continually improve code quality, performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• 3+ years experience with React & TypeScript;
• 1+ years experience with Next.js;
• 1+ years experience with GraphQL;
• In-depth understanding of front-end performance optimization;
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-performing member of a small, cross-functional team;
• 3+ years experience in software development.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the development process and DevOps;
• Experience with server-side programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and NodeJS;
• Functional Programming Experience.

高级后端开发

We're looking for some who

• Has a passion for building elegant, scalable software that solves practical problems.

• Learns fast, and can solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web backend services
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability;
• Monitor and optimize backend service performance;

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 year experience as a backend Engineer
• Familiar with Python and at least one of its web framework Flask(or Django);
• Have a good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL databases;
• Experience in designing large-scale distributed web applications, familiar with related technology stacks, such as caching, message queues, API gateway etc;
• Familiar with Linux / Unix operating system;
• Familiar with git;
• Have basic frontend knowledge;

Nice to Have

• Experience with server side performance tuning;
• Experience with high availability design;
• Experience with web application security;
• Experience with DevOps;
• Good English communication skills.
