🧩 What You’ll Do

Build core product experiences that connect AI agents, human workflows, and expert data — from frontend flows to backend orchestration
Take full ownership of MVP modules: expert onboarding flows, agent dashboards, recommendation engines, and task routing pipelines
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and cross-functional partners to turn loosely defined problems into scalable systems
Design and implement APIs and data structures that power our agent-task architecture
Help shape the platform’s technical foundation and engineering culture
Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring teammates

🧠 Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering roles (startup or product-led environment preferred)
Strong product intuition and bias toward shipping fast while maintaining code quality
Proficient with modern web technologies: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL (or equivalent)
Comfortable building RESTful APIs and working across service boundaries
Familiar with authentication flows, task management systems, or dynamic UIs
Bonus: experience integrating AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Pinecone, LangChain)
Bonus: prior exposure to talent platforms, recruiting tech, or workflow automation

Interest or experience with agent orchestration frameworks
Built early versions of internal tools or SaaS dashboards
Experience with event-driven systems and background job queues
Experience collaborating with PMs and designers in 0→1 product cycles
