岗位一、UI/UX：
Responsibilities:
-Working with product owners to define user requirements, process flows, and product goals
-Developing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web3 applications and optimize them for simplicity, performance, and accessibility
-Iterating and improving design outcomes based on feedback from users, engineers, and product owners
-Designing visually stunning and intuitive interfaces in accordance with branding of various Hailstone portfolio companies
-Creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and other relevant documentation

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience with clear, strong portfolio of case studies
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field
-Experience designing UI/UX for consumer-facing mobile and web products
-Knowledge of current best practices for web and mobile products, usability testing techniques and understanding of the trends and progression of design patterns for both
-Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite
-Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus

岗位二、智能合约：
Responsiblility:

• Designing, building and deploying smart contracts to create high performance, low latency user
  -facing products for our portfolio companies
• Writing clean, gas optimized, and reusable smart contract and protocol code in Solidity
• Collaborating with product managers to innovate and develop user
  -facing features based on market trends and competitive analyses
• Scoping complex features and work closely with designers and fellow engineers to execute implementation, testing, and deployment
• Participating in code review and writing rigorous test suites to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ / 2+ years of experience in software engineering with solid, demonstrable work on Github or otherwise
• Shipped a product to mainnet using Solidity
• Ability to ship code using test-driven development
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Awareness of engineering best practices for fintech products and DeFi protocols
• Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and good judgment

• A Bachelor’s or professional degree in STEM field
• Knowledge or expertise in Node.js, React/React Native, gas optimization and basic knowledge of encryption and cryptography

岗位三、web3项目经理
Responsiblility:

• Interpreting the features and vision of a product into executable plans and tasks, and tracking the progress of features as they’re developed to ensure our roadmap is implemented on time and within budget
• Running a cross functional team (tech, design, R&D, marketing) and arranging workflows from end to end to deliver user friendly, bug free, and optimized features for our products
• Conducting user research, market validation, competitor landscape analysis to guide and improve our product development cycles
• Facilitating standup, planning and retrospective meetings and compiling status reports for venture partners and C-level executives

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a project management or related position
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including engineering, design, UI,UX and QA
• Applied knowledge of project management methodology, techniques and tools
• Strong conceptual, strategic, and creative thinking and the ability to discern and prioritize ideas for execution
• Track record of delivering / tracking multiple projects on time
• Familiarity working with external, third-party development teams
• Experience in using data and insights to inform planning and decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific expertise in compiling and summarizing information from multiple sources

岗位四、前端工程师
Responsiblility:

• Building and maintaining web3 frontend applications using modern Typescript frameworks such as ReactJS
• Working with other engineers to integrate the frontend with smart contract logic as wellas on-chain data
• Collaborating with product owners and designers to develop visually appealing andintuitive user interfaces
• Implementing functional UI elements for various user facing features from design mocks, and optimizing said elements for performance and accessibility
• Participating in code review and writing rigorous test cases to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM field
• At least 1 year of experience with solid, demonstrable work on Github or otherwise
• Expertise in Typescript, React.js, and related libraries and tools (React, Context, Hooks etc.)
• Knowledge of current best practices for web3 and DeFi, and understanding of thetrends and technical progression of web frameworks and design patterns
• Familiarity with Material UI, CSS, styled-components, HTML, Git, GraphQL
• Familiarity with test driven development and frontend testing frameworks

• Understanding of blockchain products and DeFi protocols from an end-user perspective
• Understanding of Solidity, web3.js, ethers.js, BigNumber.js, and The Graph (optional but you are expected to pick these up quickly with support from other devs)
