【Head of Dev & Investor Engagement (AI & Data Science)】

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual with strong AI and data science expertise to lead developer relations and investor engagement for our decentralized AI infrastructure project. This front-facing role will focus on building relationships with developers, investors, and external stakeholders, driving awareness and growth for our technology.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developer Relations: Serve as the main advocate for developers, offering support, fostering engagement, and creating technical content for our AI solutions. He/she can be a previous dev/product person with substantial investor-facing exposures.
• Investor Relations: Manage investor outreach and fundraising, effectively presenting our AI infrastructure and achievements at conferences and meetings.
• AI & Data Science Expertise: Use your AI knowledge to represent the company at industry events and communicate technical vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consumer Behavior Insights: Leverage understanding of consumer data, especially in gaming and apps, to inform strategy and communicate opportunities.
• Tech Evangelism: Promote the project at conferences, in developer communities, and through social media, building engagement and fostering growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI, data science, blockchain or related fields.
• Experience in dev, technical content creation, and investor facing roles.
• Strong communication skills for investor presentations and technical advocacy.
• Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, and decentralized platforms.
• Understanding of consumer behavior data in gaming and apps is a plus.

【CEX技术负责人】
Compensation:CNY60-80w
一、岗位职责

1. 负责系统搭建，重点是合约交易系统的搭建及运维。
2. 配合公司业务发展需要，负责制定相关区块链业务技术解决方案，推进并协助合作伙伴完成项目交付落地。
3. 完善并优化技术团队开发及测试流程、规范和标准建设。
4. 负责产品技术队伍组建、激励和培养，做好人员配置与协调，监控项目进展，制定相应的考核/激励，持续提升团队工作质量和效率。
   二、职位要求
5. 统招本科及以上学历，985/211院校或硕士学历及以上优先；
6. 8年以上互联网高并发系统设计和Java开发经验，5年以上技术团队组建及管理经验；
7. 3年以上金融交易平台工作研发工作经验，至少1年作为项目负责人主导项目，有3年以上合约系统经验为佳；
8. CEX背景，对撮合交易机制等有深入了解；
9. 熟练掌握Go，Java，C++等主流区块链系统开发语言至少一种。
   三、其他
   只负责CEX业务前后端+测试，不包含钱包、运维职责
   必须有CEX技术专家/总监及以上经验，能写代码，能具体解决技术问题
