（1）Social Media Manager
Reporting To: CEO

Location: Remote

1. Job description
   ● Perform research on current benchmark trends, industry experts, competitors, and target audience
   ● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
   ● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) daily across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
   ● Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
   ● Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights
   ● Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
   ● Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
   ● Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
2. Requirements
   ● Proven work experience within social media in the blockchain industry
   ● Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms
   ● Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
   ● Strong interests in future trends in digital technologies and ability to act proactively
   ● Excellent communication, project management and time-management skills
   ● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) would be a bonus
   ● Multi-language skills would be a bonus

● Conduct extensive industrial research to spot growth opportunities for product and marketing
● Discover, build and maintain meaningful relationship with partners to foster successful partnership initiatives that drive branding exposure and user growth
● Liaise with the marketing and product departments to execute and manage partners’ on-boarding, collaborating and product-integrating processes
● Track and monitor the results of partnership initiatives and evolve business development strategies according
2. Qualifications and Skills**nd Skills
● In-depth understanding and good research skills of the blockchain industry and ecosystem
● More than 2 years in business development, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech, with proven deal-closing ability
● Strong sense of responsibility and partner-focus mindset
● Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
● Excellent English communication, both in written and verbally

月薪+年终绩效奖金。岗位参考月薪20-40K，具体定薪根据面试后的能力评估定位确定。
