工作职责：

• 参与Web3相关的行业重要活动，发掘客户需求，积累相关行业资源。

• 负责公司的项目拓展，不断储备扩大项目资源库，开展合作，扩大合作方资源。

• 与相关客户进行接触，参与相应项目的合作沟通等对接工作，拓展并维护与合作伙伴的关系。

• 根据公司商务需求开拓市场，发展客户，包括初期需求调研以及与潜在客户谈判，促成合作。

• 保持对Web3行业各类信息的追踪，及时反馈。

该岗位无需坐班，需出差新加坡、香港等地*

职位要求：

• 至少1年以上的Web3相关领域的业务拓展、销售或市场营销经验。

• 候选人需要形象好、气质佳。

• 对Web3各赛道及生态项目有一定了解。

• 拥有强大的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与各级别的专业人士建立良好的关系。

• 具备商务拓展经验，积极主动拓展客户，赚钱欲望强且有一定的客户沟通技巧。

• 必须英语流利，具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力。

• 本科以上学历，金融或英语专业优先。

Role & Responsibilities：

• The candidate should have a good appearance and pleasant demeanor.

• Participate in key industry events related to Web3, identify customer needs, and accumulate relevant industry resources.

• Lead project development, expand the resource pool, and establish new partnerships.

• Engage with clients for project communication and partner relationship management.

• Develop markets and secure clients through initial discovery, negotiations with potential clients, and securing partnerships.

• Stay updated on various developments within the Web3 industry and provide timely feedback.

• This position does not require office attendance but will involve travel to locations such as Singapore and Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Web3 with business development, sales, or marketing fields.

• The candidate should have a good appearance and pleasant demeanor.

• Solid understanding of Web3 sectors and ecosystem projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.

• Proven business development experience, proactive in client acquisition, with strong financial motivation and customer communication skills.

• Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing or English fields.

薪资范围：15,000-20,000元人民币/每月
