远程支持海外Level 1 Support。
预计2-4星期工作量。 工作内容如下。
Upgrade Oracle Linux 6 to Oracle Linux 7
• Patch ODACLI/DCS Stack version 19.6
o Update DCS admin
o Update DCS Components
o Server Update
o Confirm Update successful
o Update Storage component
• Patch RDBMS Clone 12.1.0.2.200114
• Run cis hardening script to check for hardening compliance
• Run cis hardening script to harden non-compliance items
• Run cis hardening script to verify hardening compliance
o Export CIS hardening report for security team to verify
o SDIC to arrange for External vendor to perform Penetration test and to rectify finding if any.
• DBA to verify database is working before next version upgrade

Upgrading from 19.6.0.0 to 19.8.0.0
High level steps
• Patch ODACLI/DCS Stack version 19.8
o Update DCS admin
o Update DCS Components
o Server Update
o Confirm Update successful
o Update Storage component
• Patch RDBMS Clone 12.1.0.2.200714
• DBA to verify database is working before hand over to customer.
