We are a premium international brand in photography equipment, outdoor gear, and lifestyle products — known for minimalist design and adventure spirit. As we grow in China's digital market, we're hiring a part-time employee to lead our social media expansion.
Role: China Social Media Executive Assistant (Part-time, Remote)
You'll be the strategic architect behind our presence on 小红书, 抖音, 微信, 微博, B站, and other key Chinese platforms — building our brand voice, managing KOLs, executing campaigns, and driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Content — Develop and execute cross-platform content strategies; create native Chinese content; monitor 热点 and execute rapid-response campaigns.
2. KOL Management — Identify and manage micro-KOLs (1K–100K); negotiate partnerships; track performance and ROI.
3. Campaigns & E-commerce — Execute product launches and seasonal promotions; coordinate with Tmall Global / JD International; localize international materials.
4. Analytics — Track 曝光量, 完播率, CTR, ROAS; deliver weekly reports; run A/B tests.
5. Executive Support — Bridge HQ and China operations; manage admin tasks; maintain brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Background in premium/lifestyle brand marketing (photography, outdoor, or travel)
2. Experience with Tmall/JD operations or WeChat mini-programs
3. Familiarity with 穷游, 马蜂窝, 蜂鸟网, or 色影无忌 communities
What We Offer
1. Schedule: 15–20 hrs/week (≤ 4 hrs/day, ≤ 24 hrs/week); flexible, fully remote across China
2. Compensation: RMB 70–100/hr · RMB 5,600–8,000/month (experience-based, actual hours); paid bi-weekly (every 15 days)
