Job Description

• Conduct user research and make active and in-depth understanding of the users to define the next phase of user growth
• Plan and implement activities across platforms such as Discord, Twitter and other online campaigns to increase the user base, activation and retention rates
• Develop a deep understanding of our peer and competitor positioning as well as the emerging crypto landscape to inform your recommendations
• Gather, analyze, and action behavioral signals to define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities on developing new features
• Use data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our products
• Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
• Contribute to improving our capabilities by enhancing existing processes and recruiting and developing new team members

Requirements

• Strong research and investigative skills; Familiarization with google analytics, twitter analytics and other comprehensive operation tools
• Highly flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and use sound judgment
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
• An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a keen ability to translate high-level goals into applicable plans
