We are (always/currently) looking for freelance Web UI designers who thrive on figuring out how to deliver incredibly intuitive experiences. This means you can deliver on the basics—smart, modern, sophisticated, beautiful UI designs.

That’s all good. But what makes you great lies in your ability to do the following.

Collaborate. It’s a team effort. You need to be able to juggle egos without yours getting in the way.

Promote a vision. You need to be able to defend your design decisions with one eye on the tried and true, and the other on the cutting edge.

Evolve. The industry is constantly changing. You need to want to be ahead of it, rather than hanging on to what worked yesterday.
