Would like to build a race platform similar to http://findmyrace.com/ which can:

1. Allow organizers to enter and publish their racing event
2. Allow participant join the interested racing event
3. Platform able to charge certain fees from the organizer
4. Organizer able to charge fees from participants

Please specify:
1. Have you done such project before?
2. The cost and the details you get that cost
3, For how long can you deliver
4. How many people in your team for what responsibility
5. What technologies you are going to use
6. What do we need to maintain the system
