【Position】Business Account Manager
Responsibility:
The TruBit Business Account Manager specializing in LATAM Cross-Border Payments plays a crucial role in spearheading our efforts to capture and serve the market for cross-border transactions. This position demands a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of cross-border payments as opposed to traditional, domestic transactions. You will leverage this expertise to identify new business opportunities, close sales, and foster growth and satisfaction among our clients.
1-Prospect New Sales Leads: Utilize your specialized knowledge of cross-border payment challenges and solutions to identify potential clients, engage them effectively, and articulate the distinct advantages of TruBit’s services over traditional payment methods.
2-Close Sales: Employ your expertise in cross-border transactions to navigate clients through the decision-making process, demonstrating how TruBit addresses the specific pain points of cross-border payments to LATAM.
3-Client Growth: Collaborate with existing clients to identify new opportunities for leveraging TruBit’s cross-border payment solutions, ensuring their evolving needs are met and surpassing the limitations of traditional payment services.
4-Cross-Border Payment Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the cross-border payment landscape, including regulatory changes, market trends, and the limitations of traditional payment systems. Share this knowledge internally and with clients to reinforce TruBit’s position as a leader in cross-border payments to LATAM.
Job requirements:
1-Required bachelor degree:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-Complementary studies(courses, master degree, certificates):Advanced degree is a plus.
3-Areas of experience:Demonstrable experience in sales or account management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services, fintech, or specifically in cross-border payment solutions.
In-depth understanding of the cross-border payment ecosystem, especially regarding LATAM, distinguishing our services from traditional payment methods.
4-Years of experience:Min 4 years
5-Other desirable competencies:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and fostering client growth.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team, demonstrating initiative and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
6-Languages (level):Fluent Chinese, with proficiency in English. Spanish desirable.
