Do you love making things fast algorithmically and by utilising the latest machine learning techniques? Create a magical note-taking experience for our users by driving our Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing initiatives. Short term challenges include implementing handwriting recognition papers then modeling, training, and deploying machine learning models to mobile devices
What you’ll achieve
- Make GoodNotes smarter enough to understand documents, handwritings and shapes
- Make GoodNotes the best place for storing and retrieving knowledge
- Train machine learning models to be more accurate and performant on computing clusters
- Brainstorm new ideas to tackle edge cases for ML models
- Collaborate with the software engineering teams for model deployment
- Research new models and improvements from academic and industry knowledge
- Find new sources of data to feed your models
What you need to be successful
- Worked on product development from inception to million of users
- Solid mathematical foundation of deep learning techniques
- Excellent programming and debugging skills on deep neural networks and linear algebra
- Love for writing efficient and maintainable code
- Proven track record of researching, inventing and shipping complex machine learning algorithms, big plus for computational geometry and machine learning algorithms
- Ability to design and execute on research agenda
- Good taste as a maker
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Machine Learning Engineer.
