Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can deliver exceptional results and embody the qualities of a 10x performer. The SDR will play a key role in driving our sales by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our sales team.
Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline.

Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.

Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.

Conduct outbound prospecting activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and individuals to generate new leads.

Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.

Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.

Handle objections and use Sales methodologies to further conversation.
Qualifications

Near-native English reading and writing skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

Strong empathetic skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Resilience in the face of challenges and the ability to quickly recover from setbacks.

Adaptable to changes and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Solid business acumen with an understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Previous sales experience is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
