About This Position

• Take ownership of company’s social presence and make it thrive. Formulate and execute marketing strategies. Work with internal/external creative teams to create engaging social media content.

• Grow our Discord community, organize events to engage with community members.

• Relay product feedback to the team so we constantly build things that’s valued by users.

• Recruit/partner with content creators to explore the frontier of AI-driven content generation and curate great stories.

About You

• You are good at creating content/activities that’s engaging and unforgettable.

• You have a proven track record of running vibrant communities, and/or making a brand well known with effective marketing strategies.

• You are passionate about the future where everyone is empowered for creative expressions. The potential of creator economy is what keeps you awake at night.

• You get the job done. Over-delivering makes you proud.

• You have an unstoppable curiosity, always question the status quo and explore better solutions.

薪资待遇

月薪$2000-$7000（底薪+提成），比如Twitter每增加1000 follower对应一定比例的绩效奖励，具体面议

面试流程及语言

• 语言要求：英语听说读写流利
• 面试流程：第一轮CEO面，第二轮take home project，第三轮Cofounder面，最后谈待遇
