The Growth Hacker will play a critical role in driving early customer acquisition, identifying and leveraging unique channels, and building a robust community around our unique LLM-based crypto trading experience. This role demands smart, creative thinking and a willingness to explore unconventional growth strategies.
· Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to acquire early customers and build a strong community presence.
· Identify and exploit effective channels for user acquisition and brand promotion.
· Work closely with the founding team to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
· Embrace a fast-paced environment, with a focus on rapid experimentation and adaptation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience in growth hacking, preferably in a startup environment.
· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute innovative growth strategies.
· Experience in community building and user engagement.
· Comfortable with a 'break things, run fast, fix later' mindset.
· English reading & writing ability.
· Ability to work independently and directly with the founder.
· A strong sense of urgency and commitment to rapid execution and iteration.
· Creativity, adaptability, and passion for pioneering new paths.
