Product Manager

What you will be working on

  • Owning the product experience and feature set for a specific persona.
  • Regularly speaking to customers to solve issues, discuss new features and identify new opportunities.
  • Capturing insights and learning from competitor analysis, user research and qualitative and quantitative data to inform new ideas and effective prioritisation.

(Senior) Sales Engineer

What you will be working on

  • Supporting the sales process from a technical point of view and presenting our SaaS technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.

  • Showcasing developer functionality to prospects as well as how modern technical frameworks work together with our SaaS product.

  • Advising new customers on their solution approach, be it the initial SaaS product setup, choice of frontend, or 3rd party tool integrations.

  • Maintaining a broad and deep technical understanding of the product roadmap and the underlying technologies and use cases.

  • Conducting technical workshops and on-boardings pre- and post sales to convey product knowledge.

  • Helping the sales team to win new enterprise customers and earning commissions accordingly.

What we expect from you

  • Previous experience in front-end web development or as a B2B sales engineer of an API-led software product.

  • Familiarity with modern web technologies (ex. JavaScript, React, GraphQL), software development approaches (ex. microservice architecture, serverless) and, optimally, database architecture.

(Senior) Account Executive (DACH Region)

What you will be working on

  • Converting your own enterprise-grade prospects – mostly inbound – into customers.

  • Delivering customised product demos targeted to our engineering and product audience – with the support of our Solution Architects.

  • Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms with decision-makers.

  • Improving our sales process and strategy – with the rest of the Account Executives and the Head of Sales.

What we expect from you.

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling digital products.

  • Confident in demonstrating our products via presentations and webinars.

  • Experienced in organising sales processes in CRM Tools such as Hubspot.

  • Natural understanding of the sales process.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Experience with SaaS business models and startups is a plus.

  • Willingness to speak at events is a plus.

  • Familiar with challenges in web development and compliance requirements in enterprises is a plus.

Database Administrator

What you will be working on

  • Monitoring performance and managing parameters in order to provide faster performance.
  • Optimising databases setups to improve fault tolerance and high availability.
  • Working closely with the engineering team to optimise data access by providing problematic or slow queries.
  • Controlling access, permissions and privileges.
  • Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans.
  • Managing the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database.

What we expect from you

  • Strong Postgres knowledge.
  • Hands on experience running  and maintaining Postgres databases at a large scale.
  • Experience writing and optimising complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with AWS (RDS, IAM etc) would be great, but not a must.
  • Familiarity with the principles of database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Nice to have: Some coding background to build tooling for day to day tasks.

Senior Backend Engineer

What you will be working on

  • Building and improving our core backend services.
  • Developing and maintaining distributed backend infrastructure.
  • Constantly improving our backend capabilities.
  • Extending monitoring system for troubleshooting issues and outages related to the infrastructure.
  • Setting up testing strategies and mechanisms for all vital parts of the stack.
  • Sharing knowledge and general know how in the company.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Deep knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience with strongly typed languages (ideally Golang/Typescript).
  • Experience writing testable code, following best practices and design patterns when applicable.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Experience with testing distributed systems.
  • Ability to meaningfully measure performance.
  • Hands on mentality and team player awareness.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications is a plus.
  • Great oral and written communication in English (German is a plus).

  • Devops experience (Amazon Web Services, Pulumi) is a plus.

Head of Growth

What you will be working on

  • Taking complete hands-on ownership on the more technical aspects of the marketing team, as well as grow and lead the marketing operations team, including SEO, Marketing Engineering, Demand Generation, and Marketing Automation. You will also be extremely involved with the Inbound Marketing team, closely collaborating with Product Marketing and Content.

  • Developing, testing, and iterating on growth marketing strategies to drive new users & leads, converting free users to paid subscriptions, and to growing revenue from existing users. You’ll need to understand the full-funnel, all the different marketing touch points, key messaging and value propositions, and customer audiences to pull together the most impactful strategies. As the owner of multiple acquisition and activation KPIs across the funnel, you will be working extensively with the wider marketing team, as well as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Design, and Product.

  • Driving measurable impact in conversion and sign-up rates through funnel optimisation, testing, and experimentation, and provide detailed reporting and analytics on the impact of your growth marketing efforts.

  • Working closely with the leadership team to establish and drive a strong growth marketing function that covers the entire acquisition and activation funnel (including SEO, automation, performance marketing, CRM, and reporting) to eventually grow out the Growth Marketing team.

What we expect from you

  • You are a technical and data-inspired marketer with a longstanding record of scaling a high-growth B2B SaaS or Developer Tooling company. You come with strong experience as a full-stack marketer, with sufficient experience in inbound marketing, performance marketing, CRM & automation, and demand generation.

  • You have a breadth of experience across multiple marketing channels including, but not limited to: SEO, CRO, Performance (ABM, PPC, SEM, and Social), CRM (email, in-app, activation, retargeting), and retention marketing.

  • You are comfortable with making independent and critical decisions in the pursuit of measured business impact.

  • You are comfortable with setting up the growth marketing function by being extremely operational and hands-on, before eventually growing the growth marketing team and transitioning into a highly strategic and inspirational leadership role.

  • You are comfortable being an individual contributor as well as working within a team. You work independently with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

  • Operational knowledge in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as a strong understanding of APIs is preferred.

  • You ideally have a go-to stack and process (including lead-generation, reporting, analytics, measurement, etc.) that you’re comfortable setting up and implementing.

Partnership Marketing Manager

What you will be working on

  • Owning the sales enablement branch of marketing, focusing on the partnership sales. Building deep relationships with counterparts at our partner companies to develop compelling joint-solution go-to-market campaigns that bring to life the value of our strategic partnerships.

  • Working with the partnerships team to identify and pursue partner-provided co-marketing opportunities that expand awareness within the partner ecosystem, like partner conferences, promotional programs, enablement programs, and internal and external partner-led communications.

  • Working closely with the demand generation and partnerships team to define, scope, and oversee the implementation of performance campaigns (ABM for agencies, Acquisition campaigns for new partners, etc.).

  • Owning all the resources for the partnerships team, both internal and external, including gated content, certification programs, and documentation required for our partners.

  • Owning the partnerships aspects of the website, including the partner pages, partner funnels, training materials, and partner portal.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in Partner Marketing, preferably having set up the function in a high-growth B2B SaaS or Tier 1 agency.

  • You are collaborative, independent, entrepreneurial, flexible, and persuasive, with experience growing relationships with strategic partners and creating joint selling and GTM opportunities.

  • Experienced in successfully running ABM campaigns aimed at large technology and software agencies.

  • Experience with owning co-marketing initiatives with external partners, including webinars, eBooks, and case studies.

  • A strong understanding of the tech ecosystem and developer tooling, with prior agency knowledge.

Demand Generation Specialist

What you will be working on

  • Setting up, implementing, managing, and owning all search and display performance marketing activities to drive users and leads to the platform. Including but not limited to SEM, ABM, and retargeting, owning multiple acquisition KPIs in close collaboration with Marketing, Developer Relations, Direct Sales, and Partner Sales.

  • Setting up and owning marketing automation (using in-house tools as well as other software like HubSpot/SendGrid/etc.) to optimize our lead generation & lead nurturing processes through email campaigns, in-app campaigns, content, paid media, and social media channels.

  • Establishing a scalable demand generation infrastructure to gather users and MQLs, further allowing users to convert into PQLs, and MQLs into SQLs through various channels and initiatives.

  • Conducting a range of research activities to better identify target audiences and attract them through compelling content across the appropriate channels and funnel stages, using a variety of tools like SEMrush, Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other ad platforms.

  • Owning the measurement and reporting of performance marketing and user activation metrics (such as CPC, CPL, Churn, etc.) to track, report, and analyze program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement.

What we expect from you

  • You have 4+ years of experience working in a similar role, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company involved in developer tooling.

  • You are a technical full-stack marketer who is focused on programmatic demand generation through performance marketing, CRO, CRM, and automation.

  • You have a deep knowledge of SaaS products and have worked with ad platforms, automation tools, CDPs, CRMs, and BI tools.

  • You believe in having full ownership on the user journey across the funnel, and not only on one aspect or step.

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, as well as with a leadership team

  • Strong understanding of wider digital marketing channels and how they work together.

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail with a data-informed mentality and willingness to take risks.

  • Expertise with common stacks and channels including Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn, Twitter, HubSpot, FullStory, Mixpanel, Appcues, aHrefs, and SEMRush, to name a few.

  • Knowledge in Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be nice to have.

  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.

(Senior) Partnership Manager

What you will be working on

  • Initiating, managing and developing strong relationships with a variety of partners.

  • Supporting partners to understand, implement and recommend our products and solutions; from establishing mutual business goals and on-boarding, through to facilitating technical competency, product advocacy and business growth.

  • Negotiating and executing partner GTM strategies, working collaboratively on a variety of initiatives to position our SaaS product as a key technology solution provider for modern web architectures.

  • Continuously expanding our business by acquiring new partners, attending conferences and events, plus promoting our narrative on the role of micro-services and digital transformation in core regions globally.

  • Contributing to improve our overall value proposition, processes and messaging by working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product team, to drive valuable opportunities that result in successful new partnerships.
